The Blankman Group And Harrison Leifer DiMarco Public Relations Division To Join Forces
3.29.2004 - One of Long Island’s preeminent public relations agencies, The Blankman Group (TBG), will merge with the public relations division of the award-winning advertising and largest Long Island branding agency, Harrison Leifer DiMarco (HLD). The new group, to be a division of HLD, will be known as HLD/Blankman Public Relations. Currently located in Garden City, TBG is relocating its entire staff ? including TBG’s founder and CEO, Howard Blankman, and president and COO, Don Miller -- to HLD’s Rockville Centre headquarters on April 1, 2004.
Speaking to establishing the new division, HLD Partner and CEO John Harrison said, “Public Relations is one of our key branding services and has been an important factor in our growth over the past several years. The Blankman Group is in and of itself one of the best recognized brands in the public relations field. The merger of our public relations operations creates a force with the potential to shape the business communications landscape for years to come.”
